Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor especially excellent in a disturbance magnetic field and strong magnetic field tolerance compared with a conventional one.SOLUTION: In an element part exhibiting a magnetoresistance effect, a first element part 15a and a second element part 15b are alternately arranged with intervals in the Y direction in the plan view. Permanent magnet layers 14 are disposed between each of the element parts. Magnetoresistive effect elements and non-contact soft magnetic bodies 33 are arranged in the X direction with respect to the magnetoresistive effect elements 13a to 13d in the plan view. The X direction is a sensitivity axial direction P. Each of the permanent magnet layers 14 is magnetized in the X direction. A first bias magnetic field toward the Y2 direction with respect to the first element part 15a is supplied from the permanent magnet layers 14 and the magnetization direction F of a free magnetic layer is directed to the Y2 direction and a second bias magnetic field in an opposite direction to the first bias magnetic field with respect to the second element part 15b is supplied to direct the magnetization direction F of the free magnetic layer to the Y1 direction.
