Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar thermal collector that is capable of preventing the reflectance and transmission from being degraded by the deposition of dust on a reflector and a lens as a concentration mechanism, while enabling the use in the Sunbelt of a desert with insufficient water resources by eliminating the need for a periodic water washing.SOLUTION: The solar thermal collector is configured to irradiate a thermal collector tube 2 with sunlight concentrated by the concentration mechanism 1, and to transmit energy to a heat medium circulating inside the thermal collector tube 2. The solar thermal collector is provided with a high pressure air jetting mechanism 3 for jetting a high pressure air for cleaning along an incident surface 11 of the sunlight of the concentration mechanism 1.
