Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus capable of improving the accuracy of control torque.SOLUTION: The power transmission apparatus 1 which includes an input member 3 rotatably arranged and into which drive torque is inputted; an output member 5 arranged relatively rotatable with respect to the input member 3 to output the drive torque inputted into the input member 3; an intermitting part 7 arranged between the input member 3 and the output member 5 to intermittently transmit the drive torque that is transmitted between the input member 3 and the output member 5; an operation mechanism 9 for operating the intermitting part 7; and an actuating source 11 for operating the operation mechanism 9 and including a detecting means 13 for measuring the shaft torque of the output member 5; and a control means connected to the detecting means 13 and the actuating source 11 for controlling the actuation of the actuating source 11 so that the shaft torque of the output member 5 measured by the detecting means 13 may reach target drive torque.
