Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal management system of a vehicle capable of minimizing fuel consumption rate of an automobile by considering a calorific value and a cooling value depending on a vehicle speed, an atmospheric temperature, presence or absence of rainfall, and an engine operating area.SOLUTION: The heat management system of the vehicle includes: a high-temperature radiator for dissipating heat of high-temperature cooling water for cooling an engine; a low-temperature radiator for dissipating heat of low-temperature cooling water passing through a low-temperature EGR cooler and a water-cooling intercooler of a turbocharger; a cooling fan for blowing the air to the high-temperature radiator and the low-temperature radiator; a high-temperature cooling water pump for pumping the high-temperature cooling water; a low-temperature cooling water pump for pumping the low-temperature cooling water; and a control unit for controlling the high-temperature cooling water pump, the low-temperature cooling water pump, and the cooling fan depending on driving conditions of the vehicle and external environmental elements.
