Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device and method for executing the air amount control of a CVCC system and the control of valve lift defining an engine performance according to the condition of a vehicle.SOLUTION: The motor control device includes: deciding the presence of the control to the motor for variable value lift unit control using a valve lift measured value and a valve lift target value; comparing a battery voltage and a predetermined reference voltage range for controlling the motor; deciding a voltage factor corresponding to the battery voltage when the battery voltage is included in the reference voltage range; and thereafter deciding a drive signal value to the motor by applying the voltage factor to the predetermined reference signal value.
