Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device optimizing exhaust components discharged from each cylinder and improving exhaust performance.SOLUTION: The engine control device includes first fuel injection means 1A, 1B injecting fuel of a first fuel amount in the intake passages 11 of the cylinders 20A, 20B of the multi-cylinder engine, and second fuel injection means 2A, 2B injecting fuel of a second fuel amount towards the insides of the cylinders 20A, 20B. The engine control device further includes a control means 3 controlling temperature increase for controlling the first fuel amount and the second fuel amount to enrich an air-fuel ratio of the first cylinder 20A and simultaneously lean an air-fuel ratio of the second cylinder 20B. In enriching the air-fuel ratio of first cylinder 20A, a first control means 31 of the control means 3 increases the first fuel amount injected from the first fuel injection means 1A.
