Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallpaper adhesive composition which has excellent adhesive strength for applying a wall paper and allows for stable application and easy renovation, an adhesive wallpaper having an adhesive layer with the composition to a wall surface, and a method for applying the wallpaper.SOLUTION: A wallpaper adhesive composition contains hydroxypropyl cellulose. An adhesive wallpaper includes at least a base material and an adhesive to a wall surface. The base material has a measurement value of 20 or more according to JAPAN TAPPI pulp and paper test method No.1:2000 A. The adhesive layer to a wall surface formed of the adhesive composition is disposed on one surface of the base material.
