PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair plate which has surface smoothness with a decorative resin sheet prevented from being peeled off, a tread using the same, and a stair structure.SOLUTION: A stair plate comprises at least a wooden composite base material 11 including at least a base material layer 12 formed of a wooden base plate, a wooden fiber plate layer 13 formed of a wooden fiber plate laminated on the base material layer, and a sliced veneer layer 14 formed of a sliced veneer laminated on the wooden fiber plate layer, and a decorative resin sheet 17 attached to at least a surface of the sliced veneer layer of the wooden composite base material 11.
