Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an emergency door cock from being operated when a travel speed of a railroad vehicle exceeds a set speed, and to further prevent a pressurized air in a pressurized air cylinder from being carelessly discharged so that a side door is prevented from being manually opened when the travel speed becomes equal to or lower than the set speed.SOLUTION: When the travel speed of the railroad vehicle exceeds the set speed, a movable valve element 13 opens a downstream end of a third passage part 11g, and the downstream end is opened to a second space part 11b. Pressurized air is thereby introduced into the space part 11b, and the pressurized air acts on a lower end of a movable spool 12. Accordingly, the state of an operation handle 15 is not allowed to be changed even when the operation handle 15 is about to be operated. As a result, even when the travel speed of the railroad vehicle becomes the set speed or lower, the pressurized air is not discharged from a pressurized air cylinder 5. |
