Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film excellent in gas barrier performance and flexibility.SOLUTION: In this gas barrier film, a gas barrier layer 12 containing oxynitride of zinc and tin is laminated and integrated on one surface 11 of a transparent film. As the oxynitride of zinc and tin, a compound represented by general formula (1), ZnSnON, is preferably used. In the formula (1), (a) is 0.1-2; (b) is 0.3-4 and (c) is 0.1-1.6.
