Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system using a workpiece positioning device, which is constituted of one type of the device and can reduce the footprint in working areas.SOLUTION: A workpiece positioning device includes a first moving device that is movable in a horizontal direction, a second moving device that is movable in a vertical direction, and a rotating device that is placed on either an upper end or a lower end of the second moving device. The second moving device and the rotating device are kept within the width perpendicular to the moving direction of the first moving device on a horizontal plane.
