APPARATUS FOR CULTURING AND PRODUCING MICROBIAL MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overall cost for manufacturing facilities and the cost for transportation, and to shorten steps for manufacture and transportation.SOLUTION: A first culture tank 1 and a second culture tank 2 are connected parallel to a heat source machine 3. The first and second culture tanks 1 and 2 respectively include first and second heat-insulation boxes 11 and 21, and first and second culture solution tanks 12 and 22 housed in a heat-insulated state inside the first and second heat-insulation boxes respectively. The culture solution with prepared materials for creating microbial materials can be stored in the first and second culture solution tanks 12 and 22. First and second heat-exchange units 5 and 6 are disposed on the inner bottoms of the first and second culture solution tanks respectively, and the first and second heat-exchange units are connected to the heat source machine 3 via piping 7A and 7B.
