Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a higher voltage without deteriorating the accuracy of limitation of an output current.SOLUTION: A voltage generation device includes first, second, and third input amplification sections, saturation prevention circuits disposed in the first, second, and third input amplification sections, respectively, current feedback means, voltage feedback means, an output amplification section, a diode switch and an output control section. The current feedback means detects a voltage across a current detecting resistance connected to a terminal of a load whose potential is nearer to ground in series with the load, and feeds back the detected voltage to input sides of the first and third input amplification sections. The output amplification section has a first output amplifier for applying a voltage to the load such that a current flows in a reverse direction, and a second output amplifier for applying a voltage to the load such that a current flows in a predetermined direction. The output control section selects and controls the first output amplifier or the second output amplifier in accordance with outputs of a positive output terminal and a negative output terminal. |
