Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing program, and an image processing system capable of correctly managing the number of output times of document data with output restriction.SOLUTION: The image processing device is provided with: document transmission means which transmits the document data to be output, to another image processing device; number-of-outputs transmission means which transmits, to another image processing device mentioned, output setting information to be set to the document data to be output and including the number of outputs of the document data by another image processing device mentioned; and number-of-output-restrictions update means which updates the number of output restrictions set to the document data to be output, on the basis of the number of outputs included in the output setting information. The number-of-output-restrictions update means subtracts the number of outputs included in the output setting information from the number of output restrictions.
