The core 2 is split into two split cores 2-1, 2-2. Permeability of the split core 2-1 is set higher than the permeability of the split core 2-2. These split cores 2-1, 2-2 are bonded by a nonmagnetic layer 6 of nonmagnetic adhesive. The winding 9 is wound multiple turns around the core part 3 from a flange 4 side toward a flange 5 side of the core 2. |
