Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the state in which the sticking position of an ACF stuck to a surface (lead part) of a stuck object is extending to the outside of an allowable sticking area.SOLUTION: An ACF sticking state inspection device which inspects the sticking state of an ACF 22 stuck to a lead part 12 formed on a substrate comprises an imaging unit which captures the image of the lead part 12 and the ACF 22 on an inspected substrate 10, and a determination unit which determines the sticking state of the ACF 22 stuck to the lead part 12 from the image of the lead part 12 and the ACF 22 captured by the imaging unit. The determination unit sets allowable sticking areas 32T, 32B, 32R, 32L at predetermined positions around the ACF 22 stuck onto the lead part 12, detects whether or not the ACF 22 is extending to the outside of the allowable sticking areas 32T, 32B, 32R, 32L, and determines that the sticking state is appropriate if the ACF 22 is not extending to the outside of the allowable sticking areas 32T, 32B, 32R, 32L, otherwise determines that the sticking state is poor.
