Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coated crimp portion of a crimp terminal from shifting or coming off from an insulation coating of an electric wire due to stress applied on the electric wire, in an electric wire with a terminal.SOLUTION: An electric wire 1 with a terminal is equipped with an electric wire 9, and a crimp terminal 10 attached to an end portion of the electric wire 9. The crimp terminal 10 has a coated crimp portion 20 crimped to an insulation coating 92 at the end portion of the electric wire 9, and a core crimp portion 40 crimped to a core 91 extended from the insulation coating 92 at the end portion of the electric wire 9. The coated crimp portion 20 has caulking portions 221 and 231 caulked to the insulation coating 92 of the electric wire 9, and to which the insulation coating 92 is welded. A welding portion 93 of the insulation coating portion 92 is formed by a welding step for temporarily melting a part contacting with the caulking portions 221 and 231 in the insulation coating 92. The welding step is carried out simultaneously with a caulking step for caulking the caulking portions 221 and 231 to a coated end portion 92 or after the caulking step. |
