Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for letting a driver be aware that there is a risk of an accident.SOLUTION: In an information notification system 100, a server device 1 stores a plurality of pieces of element data showing the state of occurrence of an accident of an accident pattern. Then an information display device 3 of a vehicle 8 transmits a plurality of pieces of element data showing the current state of the vehicle 8 to the server device 1. In response, the server device 1 derives the degree of matching indicative of the degree of similarity of the current state of the vehicle 8 to the state of occurrence of the accident of the accident pattern, and transmits information based upon the degree of matching to the information display device 3. Then the information display device 3 notifies the driver of the vehicle 8 of the information based upon the degree of matching. Therefore, the driver can be notified of different information according to the current state of the vehicle 8, so the driver is made aware that there is a risk of an accident.
