VERIFICATION STIMULUS GENERATION DEVICE AND VERIFICATION STIMULUS GENERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for efficiently generating a verification stimulus since the number of scenarios to be created becomes huge, and verification stimulus generation is time consuming when scenarios which normally end and all scenarios in which errors are generated are individually created, and the verification stimulus is generated from those scenarios.SOLUTION: This verification stimulus generation device is configured to generate the scenario definitions of normal end and error generation, and to generate scenarios by applying the scenario definitions to a verification scenario template to generate a stimulus library, and to generate a verification stimulus by reading the stimulus definitions and a stimulus in the stimulus library by using definition numbers. Thus, it is possible to efficiently generate the verification stimulus.
