Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a screen printing plate with high resolution by simple equipment.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a screen printing plate has: an ultraviolet blocking layer forming step of forming a UV cutting layer 13, transmitting an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength of λ1 and blocking an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength of λ2 different from λ1, on one surface of a screen plate 1a in which photosensitive material layers 12 cured by the ultraviolet ray having the wavelength of λ1 are formed so as to cover one or both of surfaces of a screen gauze 11; a pattern forming step of forming a predetermined pattern 14a, constituted by an ultraviolet curable ink 14b cured by the ultraviolet ray having the wavelength of λ2, on the UV cutting layer 13; an ink curing step of irradiating the pattern 14a from above with the ultraviolet ray having the wavelength of λ2; and an exposure step of irradiating the pattern 14a from above with the ultraviolet ray having the wavelength of λ1 after the ink curing step.
