Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that the expansion/contraction of a joint is hindered due to contact of a rubber seal with en exit outer cylinder, when the position of a device or piping to be connected changes largely, or when eccentricity caused by vibration during driving of the device side is large.SOLUTION: In an expansion pipe joint 1 having a loose flange 2 and an exit outer cylinder 4 connected by a bellows 3, a cylindrical part 10 through which fluid flows is disposed in the loose flange 2, an inner cylinder 11 for preventing contact of the fluid with the bellows 3 is connected to the lower end of the cylindrical part 10 via a bendable connection part 13, and a sliding support member 14 bent following displacement of the exit outer cylinder 4 is disposed in the lower part of the inner cylinder 11.
