Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe installation apparatus capable of smoothly jacking a pipe in the ground.SOLUTION: When a pipe 2 is installed in the ground from a cavity section 100 formed in the ground 10, an excavator 26 having rotary excavating bodies 46 and 46 is precedently installed on the side of a leading opening 6t of the pipe 2 (leading pipe 6) put into the ground 10. A pipe installation apparatus pushes the pipe 2, and makes the excavator 26 excavate the ground 10, so as to jack the pipe 2 and install it in the ground 10. The pipe installation apparatus is constituted so that the excavator 26 and the pipe 2 can be individually jacked.
