METHOD FOR PRODUCING CIRCULATION CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing circulation concrete capable of reusing dust, which is collected from concrete waste in a crushing step to obtain recycled aggregate of a predetermined particle size, without causing a problem of elution of hexavalent chrome to the ground.SOLUTION: The method for producing circulation concrete includes: the crushing step of crushing concrete waste to that with a predetermined particle size or less; a dust collecting step of collecting the dust occurring in the crushing step by a dust collector; and a concrete mixing step of using crushed materials obtained in the crushing step and the dust obtained in the dust collecting step as aggregate and mixing the aggregate in concrete. A ratio between sand and fine particles included in the dust collected in the dust collecting step is specified previously by a prior test. In the concrete mixing step, both of the sand and the fine particles included in the dust are mixed as fine aggregate with consideration given to the specified ratio between the sand and the fine particles.
