METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BLANKING METALLIC PLATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING IRON CORE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blanking a metallic plate having sag and burr in the size almost equal to that when the metallic plates are blanked one by one even if the metallic plates are laminated and blanked at once.SOLUTION: In the method for blanking the metallic plate for blanking a plurality of metallic plates by a plurality of punches, a plurality of die-cum-metallic plate pressing dies wherein a surface confronting a blanking direction functions as a die and a surface on the side opposite from the surface confronting the blanking direction functions as a metallic plate pressing surface, and the plurality of the metallic plates are alternately laminated, and the plurality of the punches respectively blank the plurality of the laminated metallic plates at once.
