OPHTHALMOLOGIC PHOTOGRAPHING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus for taking a tomographic image of an eye by optical coherence tomography, capable of suitably providing a panorama tomographic image.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: an optical coherence tomographic device including an irradiation position change means which changes an irradiation position on a subject's eye of a measuring light emitted from a light source for changing a photographing position on the subject's eye, the device detecting an interference state between the measuring light reflected by the subject's eye and a reference light by a detector to take a tomographic image of the eye; and a detection means which detects dislocation related to continuity between a tomographic image which has been acquired in a first imaging area and a tomographic image to be acquired in a second imaging area different from the first imaging area.
