ARTICLE STORAGE DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage device of an automatic vending machine that excellently perform attitude control over articles without spoiling assembly operability.SOLUTION: The article storage device of the automatic vending machine includes a passage forming member 12 which is arranged on a base side plate 11 and partitions an article storage passage 13; flappers 14 which are normally energized by springs 15 for flapper to move forward into the article storage passage 13, move back against energizing force of the spring 15 for flapper by abutting against an article to correct a passing attitude of the article; and an attitude control member 30 which is arranged in an oscillatory state to move forward into a passing region 19 above the article storage passage 13, is normally energized by a spring 31 for attitude control to move forward into the passing region 19, and moves backward against energizing force of the spring 31 for attitude control by abutting against an article passing through the passing region 19 to adjust a throw-in attitude of the article. The attitude control member 30 abuts against the flapper 14 in a highest position on the side of its oscillation fulcrum when moving back to retract so as to move the flapper 14 backward.
