This navigation device 100 is configured to determine a destination from among a plurality of stores shown by the store information, and to determine predicted heat consumption according to the store information, and to determine the quantity of an exercise which should be taken by the user A in the case of consuming the predicted heat consumption, and to search a recommended movement route to a destination G, and to calculate the predicted quantity of heat to be consumed by the user in the case of moving on a searched recommended movement route R1, and to, when determining that the predicted heat consumption is smaller than the heat to be consumed by the user A based on a recommended amount of excercise, search and display a route on which heat to be consumed by the user A concerning his or her movement to the destination G becomes equal to or more than recommended heat consumption.
