Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is necessary for manufacturing a notebook whose specification is set by a user by using a technology of on-demand printing.SOLUTION: A notebook edition device 1 includes notebook edition means 10 for making a user set an attribute value of a notebook element which can be installed in an original notebook by using a Web page, and for storing user data including the attribute value set by the user so that it is possible for the user to edit the specification of a notebook on-line. Furthermore, this notebook edition device 1 includes print data generation means 11 for, when a trigger for generating print data of the original notebook is generated, generating page data following the attribute value described in the user data for every notebook element for each unprocessed user data, and for automatically composing the generated page data to generate the print data so that it is possible for a printer to print the notebook whose specification is set by the user.
