Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor and a method for manufacturing the photoreceptor, in which spot-like image defects are not easily caused and potential variation in short-term use is suppressed even after the photoreceptor is repeatedly used for a long period of time, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a charge generating layer that contains a charge generating substance, polyvinylacetal and a specified compound (fluorenone derivative).
