Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for recovering a radioactive substance which is useful for recovery of a radioactive substance contained in liquid or gas, and substitutable for the conventionally developed charcoal filter or the like.SOLUTION: As the material substitutable for the conventionally developed charcoal filter or the like, the material for recovering the radioactive substance is obtained which contains a cyclic oligosaccharide as a capturing component. Moreover, a filter for recovering the radioactive substance using the material for recovering the radioactive substance, a method for recovering the radioactive substance, and a method for grasping the recovery rate of the radioactive substance or the like are found out.
