Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sealability between a sleeve joint and bars even if the bars become eccentric.SOLUTION: A seal member 30 is installed in the end of a sleeve joint 10 connecting two bars 2,3. The seal member 30 is integrally provided with a film part 31 with a hole 31a through which the bar 3 passes and an annular peripheral wall part 33 installed in the outer periphery of the film part 31 and fixed to the sleeve joint 10. The film part 31 has a step-shaped and annular flexible film part 36. The flexible film part 36 may be pleat-like instead of being step-shaped.
