Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe suitable for exercise which is not influenced by the materials constituting an upper, which has an excellent fitting property with a foot just by fastening an opening for wearing by using a fastening band.SOLUTION: A cut-in part 5 is provided at the outside instep side face of a rear upper part 2b and/or at the inside instep side face. The cut-in part is provided with an elastic member 5a. The upper is provided with a fastening band 4, which is stretched over the width direction of the cut-in part surface to fasten the opening for wearing 6. The fastening band is provided with a locking means to adjust the fastening degree of the fastening band.
