Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery which is excellent in terms of safety, and has a pressure-sensitive current cutoff mechanism which can be operated in a short time in an excessively charged condition.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery comprises a current cutoff mechanism operable to cut off an electric current in response to a rise in the pressure inside an outer sheath in at least one of a conducting path for leading out an electric current from an anode plate to outside the battery, and a conducting path for leading out an electric current from a cathode plate to outside the battery. In the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery, the anode plate has, on its surface, at least one selected from among an oligomer having a cyclohexyl group and a phenyl group, a modified product of the oligomer having a cyclohexyl group and a phenyl group, a polymer having a cyclohexyl group and a phenyl group, and a modified product of the polymer having a cyclohexyl group and a phenyl group.
