Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit advertisements so that advertisement effect is enhanced and the advertisements reach consumers who have interest.SOLUTION: In a system connected to a network, a method and a device for measuring advertisement effect includes the steps of: broadcasting an advertisement at broadcast time; monitoring at least one social network or other online forums after the broadcast time; performing filter processing on social network traffic to identify messages responding to the broadcast advertisement, and performing filter processing on search engine queries to identify such a query, or performing filter processing on such other traffic inputs; specifying a start time of at least a plurality of inputs considered as responses to the broadcast advertisement; specifying at least one demographic of at least the plurality of inputs considered as the responses to the broadcast advertisement.
