The detection part 30 includes an optical waveguide that has an underclad layer 3 made of a first resin and a core layer 4 made of a second resin and coated by the underclad layer 3. A resin mixed layer 23 where the first resin is infiltrated into the second resin is formed on the core layer 4's surface layer in contact with the underclad layer 3.
