Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a connecting structure between a cooling unit and a storage box body for performing rotation without generating any trouble by applying an incompatible new model cooling unit product to a long-term operating old model refrigeration storage box.SOLUTION: This refrigeration storage box is configured by installing a cooling unit 2 above a storage box body 1 to perform the circulating blast of cold air via the cooling unit to the inside of the storage box. The cooling unit 2 is configured such that a condenser 4, an evaporator 5, and a fan 6 are incorporated in a unit case 3, and a cold air blowoff port 3c and a suction port 3d are opened at the bottom part side. A cold airflow inlet 1c and a cold airflow outlet 1d corresponding to the cold air blowoff port 3c and the suction port 3d are opened at the ceiling wall part of the storage box body 1. A wind conducting attachment 10 as a heat insulating panel structure is interposed between the cooling unit 2 and the storage box body 1 so as to appropriately communicate the cold airflow inlet 1c and the cold airflow outlet 1d of the storage box body 1 which open at positions deviating from the cold air blowoff port 3c and the suction port 3d of the cooling unit 2 via adjustment wind conducting passages 12a and 12b formed in the wind conducting attachment 10.
