PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device capable of reducing water discharged into a toilet tank.SOLUTION: A toilet device includes: a toilet bowl body 10 provided with a toilet bowl 11 having an exhaust port 11A in its lower part; a drain channel 20 through which the exhaust port 11A communicates with a toilet tank 90 provided below the toilet bowl body 10; a branch drain channel 30 branched from the drain channel 20; and private part washing equipment 50 having a washing nozzle and assembled to the toilet bowl body 10. When the private part washing equipment 50 is driven and the amount of private part washing water blown out from the washing nozzle exceeds set quantity of water, the private part washing water flowed into the toilet bowl 11 is directed to the branch drain channel 30 via the drain channel 20 without being discharged into the toilet tank 90.
