Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EVOH resin composition, which exhibits improved adhesiveness with a polyester resin only by blending a predetermined component in an EVOH resin, and allows stable production of a multilayered structure, and to provide a multilayered structure having a polyester resin layer on at least one surface of a layer made of the resin composition.SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer saponification product (EVOH resin) and (B) a basic amine compound, and preferably contains the basic amine compound (B) by 0.01 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the EVOH resin (A). Further, the composition preferably contains an alkaline earth metal, an alkali metal and a carboxylic acid having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.
