METHOD FOR TREATING PCB INCLUSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a PCB inclusion, by which detoxification treatment of treating objects including insulating oil polluted with PCB, waste electric equipment polluted with PCB and waste polluted with PCB can be carried out.SOLUTION: The method for treating the PCB inclusion has: a first process for charging the treating objects in a heating gasifying furnace 20 and heating the treating objects at 600 to 1,000°C for 3 hours or more to gasify and separate PCB included in the treating objects; a second process for introducing PCB-containing combustion gas discharged from the heating gasifying furnace 20 into a combustion treatment means 25 and making the combustion gas stay at 850°C or more for 2 seconds or more to carry out incineration treatment, and thereby performing detoxification about the included PCB; a third process for disassembling the treating object that is subjected to heating treatment in the heating gasifying furnace 20 and classifying it into an iron series, a copper series and a glass series; a fourth process for utilizing incineration residue discharged from the combustion treatment means 25 as a recycling raw material; and a fifth process for carrying out cooling washing of the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion treatment means 25 and further carrying out dust removal, desulfurization and dioxin removal to disperse the treated gas in air.
