DEVICE OF GENERATING FINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID AND METHOD OF GENERATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of generating a fine bubble-containing liquid capable of generating the fine bubble-containing liquid while efficiently supplying gas.SOLUTION: The device of generating the bubble-containing liquid includes a gas supply mechanism supplying the gas to a liquid from a liquid storage tank, produces fine bubbles in the liquid to which the gas is supplied to generate the fine bubble-containing liquid, and returns the fine bubble-containing liquid to the liquid storage tank. The device further includes a first control means (20:S12) controlling the gas supply mechanism so that the gas is supplied to the liquid at a first flow rate from a prescribed timing, a determining means (20:S13) determining whether the amount of the gas supplied to the liquid reaches a prescribed amount or not, and a second control means (20:S15) controlling the gas supply mechanism so that the gas is supplied to the liquid at a second flow rate less than the first flow rate when it is determined that the amount of the gas supplied to the liquid reaches the prescribed amount.
