Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method and a culture apparatus based on a method for efficiently dissolving carbon dioxide contained in exhaust gas to an algae culture solution and a method for efficiently feeding a nutrient solution.SOLUTION: Gas-liquid mixers 4-6 are used in producing a carbon dioxide solution by utilizing exhaust gas in the algae culture apparatus. Carbon dioxide is preferentially dissolved and absorbed in the culture solution, and discharged gas is collected in a gas collection container 2. The gas in the gas collection container is filtered through a different gas-liquid mixer again, carbon dioxide is preferentially dissolved and absorbed in the culture solution, and the discharged gas is collected in a different gas collection container. By repeating the process in this way, carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas is preferentially dissolved and absorbed in the culture solution. The nutrient solution in a nutrient solution tank 26 is fed by a liquid feed pump 21, and an opening/closing valve 7 of exhaust gas feeding piping 27, a solution circulation pump for the gas-liquid mixers and the liquid feed pump are controlled by a sequencer 29 connected to a pH sensor 30 and a conductivity sensor 31 set in the culture solution to retain a pH value and the concentration of the nutrient solution within a prescribed range. Algae are cultured by the culture method in this way.
