Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device able to position a heater to the center of a fixing roller in a simple procedure.SOLUTION: Each positioning member 58 has: positioning holes 581A and 581B for positioning a fixing roller 531 to a first support member 55 and a second support member 56; screw holes 584A and 584B for attaching to the first support member 55; and a holding part 583 for holding the ends 541, 542 of a heater 54. The holding part 583 has an opening 583A in which the ends 541, 542 of the heater 54 are fitted. The positioning members 58 are arranged at both ends of the fixing roller 531. Positioning pins 59A and 59B caulked in the positioning holes 581A and 581B respectively are passed through the positioning holes 561A and 561B respectively of a second bent portion 561 and the positioning holes 551A and 551B respectively of a first bent portion 551. The end 541 of the heater 54 is fitted into the opening 583A of the holding part 583 of the positioning member 58.
