PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain material driving device capable of holding long cylindrical members stably in a standing state as well as efficiently performing extraction work of the cylindrical member.SOLUTION: A drain material driving device 10 includes: a mobile vehicle 20; a frame body 21 mounted on the mobile vehicle 20 and holding a plurality of cylindrical members 13 to 18 in parallel in a standing state; conveying means 22 for lifting and moving the cylindrical members 14 to 18 laterally; and driving and drawing means 23 for driving the cylindrical members 13 to 18 and drawing out the driven cylindrical members 13 to 18. In each of both right and left sides of the cylindrical members 14 to 18, a pair of a bearing member and placement member for preventing the collapse of in the lateral direction are provided. In the bearing member and the placement member, a first stopper mechanism and a second stopper mechanism having a first stopper member and a second stopper member for preventing the collapse of the cylindrical members in the longitudinal direction are respectively provided.
