Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a plating liquid that prevents loss of useful components, such as nickel and a chelating agent, decreases the amount of acid discharged, and also has a low running cost by using a diffusion dialysis method.SOLUTION: The method is for regenerating an aged liquid containing a byproduct in electroless plating using as an undiluted solution an electroless nickel plating liquid including as a main component an aqueous hypophosphorous acid solution containing a nickel ion (Ni2+). In the method, sodium phosphite and sodium sulfate included in the aged liquid are converted into phosphorous acid and sulfuric acid by: replacing Na ions of the sodium phosphite and sodium sulfate with H ions; and then separating the phosphorous acid and the sulfuric acid from the plating liquid using a diffusion dialysis membrane 3, thereby regenerating the electroless nickel plating liquid. |
