Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor-oxide-ink composition for ink-jet printing capable of forming a thick film having a thickness of 5 μm or more, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element such as a curved dye-sensitive solar cell utilizing the semiconductor-oxide ink.SOLUTION: The semiconductor-oxide-ink composition includes a solution including a semiconductor oxide and a solvent. The composition includes 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of the semiconductor oxide based on 100 pts.wt. of the total solution. The method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element includes the steps of: preparing a semiconductor-oxide-ink composition; preparing a metallic-ink composition; fabricating an active electrode by coating a semiconductor-oxide thick film and a metal greed on a conductive substrate; fabricating a counter electrode by printing a metallic-ink composition on another conductive substrate and coating a catalytic electrode thereon; and drying and sintering the semiconductor-oxide thick film, the metal greed, and the catalytic electrode at the same time.
