PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle gateway device which enables cooperation between an information system and a control system of a vehicle according to changes in states and constitutions of both the systems.SOLUTION: The in-vehicle gateway device connected to an information system network and a control system network includes an information system access part 102 transmitting and receiving a message to/from an information system network, a control system access part 104 transmitting and receiving a message to/from a control system network, an access control part 103 controlling a data flow between the information system access part 102 and the control system access part 104, a policy managing part 109 managing a policy necessary for the access control part 103 to perform access control, an information system monitoring part 105 monitoring the state of an information system via the information system access part 102, an information system constitution managing part 106 managing information acquired by the information system monitoring part 105, and a control system monitoring part 107 monitoring the state of a control system via the control system access part 104.
