BOTTOM DEAD CENTER CORRECTION SYSTEM OF PRESS MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom dead center correction system of a press machine, which performs, at a real time, correction control to the thermal displacement of the bottom dead center position of a slide.SOLUTION: In the correction system 1, the oil controller control part 34 of an arithmetic control means 31 stops the movement of an oil controller 7 upon operation stop of a press machine 100. The position of the lower face 41 of the slide 4 in the bottom dead center position of the slide 4 is detected by a sensor 15, and the position is memorized in the memory part 32 of the arithmetic control means 31 as a reference point upon stop. The oil controller control part 34 operates the heater 30 of the oil controller 7 and performs control of correcting the bottom dead center position of the slide 4 at the point of time in which the position of the lower face 41 of the slide 4 is displaced by a prescribed amount from the reference point upon stop.
