Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and an electrically driven power steering device which prevent vibrations of a stator core 32 from transmitting to a motor housing 30.SOLUTION: In a motor 11 in which an annular stator core 32 is provided on an inner side 30a of a motor housing 30, an elastic member 35, having a concavoconvex shape, is provided between the inner side 30a of the motor housing 30 and the stator core 32 to form a space part 36 between the inner side 30a of the motor housing 30 and the stator core 32. Further, the elastic member 35 is formed so as to have a wave shape.
