POWER CABLE CONNECTION DEVICE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable connection device which can be manufactured at low cost, suppressed in outer diameter size to be small, easily perform connection work, suppress the resistance of a connection portion to be low and sufficiently secure the mechanical strength of the connection portion.SOLUTION: The power cable connection device includes: a first connection terminal 2b; a second connection terminal 3b; a connection cylinder 10a; a lock nut 11; and a pair of spring washers 12a and 12b, which are respectively formed of conductive materials. Both the connection terminals 2b and 3b are aligned based on engagement of a tip side column portion 25 arranged on the first connection terminal 2b side and a positioning recessed hole 26 disposed on the second connection terminal 3b side. A male spring portion 15a installed in the first connection terminal 2b and a screw shank portion 19a formed in the second connection terminal 3b are screwed to a screw hole 21a formed in the connection cylinder 10a to fasten them. The lock nut 11 screwed to the screw shank portion 19a is also fastened. The spring washers 12a and 12b are strongly compressed in such a state.
