PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme fuel cell in which more enzymes can be used and the enzymes can be easily replaced.SOLUTION: An enzyme fuel cell 1 of the present invention includes: generation chambers 61, 71 where a fuel is reacted with enzymes to produce a reaction product; electrode chambers 11, 21 where electrodes 12, 22 and an electrolyte membrane 31 are housed; and a reaction product inflow passage L1 connecting between the generation chamber 61 and an electrode chamber 11 and between the generation chamber 71 and an electrode chamber 21 to allow the reaction product to flow into the electrode chamber 11 from the generation chamber 61 and into the electrode chamber 21 from the generation chamber 71, respectively.
